There are three diffrent packages the employer can buy:
Bronze Package = One posted job in 30 days
Silver Package = 10 posted job in 90 days
Gold Package = 25 posted job in 180 days

As a job seeker you create your CV and apply for work on these pages.
Employers can search in our database to find a candidate to the work they have.
When a employer have found a candidate they are interested on, the employer contact O&Mcom by email for more information and the agreement related to the Term and Condition point 4.
All contacts from the beginning go through O&Mcom until all parts are agreed, then O&Mcom gives the contact information to respective part to go ahead with the contact.

After you have post your job, O&Mcom must look and accept your advertisement, to see if it follow the roules in Terms & Condtions. If everyting is okay, we approve your advertiesment with the posted job normaly the same day or the day after.

Yes, you can use our datebase after you have buy one of the package.

You must contact O&Mcom by email and give us the reference number of the job CV who have apply for your job and we give you the contact details.

We must ask the job seekers if it is okay to give the contact details and if they are interested of the job.

Yes, every job seeker can have four diffrent created CV's under his/her username in diffrent areas.

You contact O&Mcom by email and give the referensnumber of the CV you are intrested of. It is important that you can give the referensnumber of the CV so we can find the information aboute the person the CV belong to.
